The Watsa debt........

The Watsa debt........Good to hear during the December conference call that Chen wants to pay
down the nearly $370 million Watsa debt. No shareholder wanted to see that
executed along with share dilution, but on the flip side.....a share value well
above $6 would be OK. As noted before.....the Watsa debt was always a boat
anchor around the neck of all shareholders, hopefully never repeated....As
with the pervious debenture, that was paid off early, so we'll see what happens
this time. My guess everything will be tied into a patent deal completion.
