Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

I am concerned with the dilution over the last 6 months, the placement and the shares to insiders have increased the overall shares outstanding, not to mention the warrants attached to those shares, many have just become free trading and others will follow shortly, most were bought at $0.25, I have to think some of those buyers will want to take profits.

I will post the numbers soon as to the amount of shares created since September 2022, it may give others something to consider as to how high the share price can go with the potential of these shares being sold on this uptick.
