The dream vs reality

The dream vs realityThe dream is always better than reality.

Just take today as an example. Out of close to 20 lithium plays that I have my eyes on, the four green ones are CRE, PMET, FL and RCK.  All juniors that are not producing. The likes of Albermale, SQM and Livent are all down following the "reality" market slump.

And of course the best example of dream is PMET (could even say "wet dream" for this one)

Anyway, why am I sharing these thoughts ?  Well my point is the big gains for us are from now till we start producing. After that the curve goes back down and the SP will vary with daily news and quarterly reports.

A few years back I posted on the Nemaska board when they were trading at 2$ plus, and said that they could sell and get 2 shares of CRE for every one the let go. (CRE being safer)

Now if PMET holders were smart they could get 5 shares of CRE for every one they let go today. I cannot find a scenario where the PMET sp does not makes it way back down. Maybe not all the way down since they have Australian investor support, but I think it is destined for a serious decline.

But then again the Lassonde curve shows that the dream can go on while they are still in "discovery" mode and they seem to understand this so are putting out new numbers leading to their official NI 143-01 sometime next summer I think. So maybe we will see them inflate some more before all is said and done.

At some point, reality always takes over.

Like the Borg used to say " Resistance is futile"  :-)
