Miravo EBITDA will fall off a cliff in a few years with patent expiries.  Do the same table based on 2025 or 2026 EBITDA.   

Read the management information form.  120 parties contacted and 1.35 is the best Mrv could get.  Vote no.... then what?  Stock falls and no one else bids.  Then cash flow starts to fall every year until the company dilutes shareholders to refinance debt.  You won't get better than 1.35.
