RE:Could House GOP Members End Pot Prohibition?There some conservatives that are pro legalization, but unfortunately there is a  curmugenous den of dushbags on the fringe putting roadblocks ever step of the way. The whole thing is languishing badly. Definately state by state story and a lot blue state don't understand basic economics.
