Bailed out a long time ago...... when it became apparent that the ATAC group was completely out of touch..... no insider ever bought shares.... I even sent the board and employees an invite to a seminar on how to buy shares in their own company. It was not received well. I participated as an accredited investor in financings.... but always in the back of my mind was a funny feeling that something wasnt right.... As Victoria moved forward into production, it became noticeble that they (Victoria) were doing all sorts of community activities.... i even sent a note volunteering ideas on how ATAC could impact the community that they were trying to negotiate a land use and road right of way agreement....and it never happened. I think they pissed the native band off so much....thats what killed Rackla. To think of all the efforts and hope of diligent employees to bring Rackla to a level of sucess, and all the while the crazy management setup and partners drove ATAC into the dirt..... an offer for 12 cents........ I sold some of my shares back in the day in the low $8's..... to think how far they have fallen just makes me feel sad for those who invested believing in this group...... this was not rocket science.
I dont think it will sell at 12 cents, perhaps closer to 16.... the question is who will the shareholders be? Bought 1K shares of Victoria today. If they get the deal, it will set them up for a decade or more.
