Although Dynavat alludes a "Suite" of technologies, they will not be using a process "similar" to Envirometals , they will be, in actuality, using Envirometal's process.
You concerns regarding patent infringement are a little premature. As I had mentioned Dynavat does not represent a "Near Term" oportunity for ETI. Examination of the Dynavat website offer little more than computer renderings and a fertile imagination. (see Strategic Metals ,see Duane Nelson).
Envirometals will have either found success with near horizon projects or died on the vine waiting for Dynavat to emerge from the "concept" stage. If they are in position to "need" Dynavat when that time comes then something has gone seriously wrong.... BDD
