Another major blow to DSM's credibility. Sorry, but somebody needs to say it.
It seems that the deficiencies in DSM's technical report are too numerous to mention, and too costly to correct.
If DSM cannot produce a valid technical report according to the NI regulations, why should anybody believe that DSM did what it had to do to maintain its exploration licence in good standing? And the timing couldn't be worse - the invalidated technical report could be a perfect excuse for the court to say that DSM didn't actually fulfill its commitments.
Are we dealing with a cowboy government, or a cowboy company, or both?
