The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Recent share issuances and new shareholdersThis table (based on the Sep 2022 FS) summarizes the share issuances during the Feb 2022 to Sep 2022 period (and represent approximately 34% of the total issued to the current date - there has been a few million more shares issued since Oct 2022).  Orion has unloaded a significant number of shares recently. 

There is not a huge "buy-out" premium offered by B2Gold for these most recent issuances - approx $1.65 compared to $1.30 to a $1.55 (see the private placement and Zhaojin representing approximately 16% of the total issued).
