NY To Double Number of Pot Retail Licenses

Not quite sure if this is good for CURA as it seems that all the retail licenses are going to those previously harmed by pot. I presume that someone has to supply the retail outlets and since CURA already does medical in NY, it has grow/cultivation/process facilities, so they would qualify to supply all those new pot shops? I also remember BJ touting that they were instrumental in advising NY on how to implement and administer legal rec. pot.
