RE:RE:Why Would Durkacz Hire Harrington?You forgot to say that people get SUCCESSFULLY sued all the time.....and it's irrelevant whether there is a guilty verdict Rosenberg....the optics alone of AD hiring an advisor who is being sued for business fraud after they were successfully sued for fraud is beyond irresponsible....are you saying they honestly couldn't find anyone else to be an advisor with comparable experience....but I guess birds of a feather.....
