Is it true? Could we truly be Disruptive?

Is it true? Could we truly be Disruptive?I sure hope so.  This has potential.  To be truly big.  Could we go to 50 cents or highier in a short time with the right partner?  IFFF these dots actually connect:

August of 2022:
Fineqia is pleased to announce the purchase of the Fineqia platform from Nivaura Ltd. The acquisition includes the software code and associated intellectual property of the fintech platform, which enables the placement of debt and equity instruments.

January of 2022:
NowCM Group CEO and Founder Robert Koller today announced that the NowCM Group has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire all digital and IP assets of London-based fintech Nivaura

January of 2023:
Put simply, these fintechs are at the forefront of the digitalisation of capital markets--bonds, equities, derivatives--and seek to enable businesses to accelerate their use of capital markets by replacing the frictions of humans and paper with distributed ledger technology, i.e., blockchain. And they want to do it all while remaining strictly compliant with all the rules related to financial markets

MY DOTS CONNETIONS:  It seems to me that whatever legal obligations Nivaura and Fineqia had are still legal and enforceable by law.  We should in theory have a bigger partner with our "platform" software code.

Our Fineqia investment was recently carried on the books for $310,000

No terms are disclosed of the deal.  I hope we didn't get liquidate this way.  I hope we had options and can carry this investment through to NowCM.  They look much larger, and Nivaura was well-funded with legitimate backers.

This has potential to be HUGE I think.  IFF Fineqia, which isn't mentioned, is going to be riding on the coatails of NowCM through Nivaura and its mystery code.  And where does Black Insure fit in?  Can they be part of this bond issuance and PremFina too?  Can it pleaes all come together and be disruptive?

Or did we get kicked to the curb and our software doesn't work?  And that's why Cheryl Kong quit because she got disillusioed?  Why did she quit?  SOMEBODY COMMUNICATE WITH SHAREHOLDERS!!  I want the former, not the latter.  I still can't find an email for Chery Kong.  Why would she leave this potential disruptive storm that could be gathering?  What the heck is going on around here?
