IMO, ITSUP2ME, I think the correct answer to your question is that investors are waiting for that old expression to appear "show me the money first." Once losses, curtaillment of options issues and new equity issues are taken care of and actual subscribers continue increasing, are paying and paid up the share price should come to life. If there's a party, people will come. I've got my party hat ready somewhere in the house and will go grab it as soon as if see that the party essentials arriving.
