RE:RE:Has to be...Rex...the flow through has to be spent on drilling but it overall allows them to spend money elsewhere.

The time to expand and buy property is during down parts of the cycle....as sellers are more motivated.
Plus some of the guys that own smaller priviate companies are in their 60's...not their 40's anymore.Cant wait forever.

Sansum Energy existing lease that has two wells would hit alot of YGR land on 2 mile wells. IF YGR buys them that is cost savings.

In feb 2023 land sale YGR bought another section in West Ferrier that sansum energy lease would hit.

Financial numbers mean more than production numbers. If YGR struggles it will not be good news for BNE or IPO.

Look at how NG content  is increasing for IPO and BNE....those companies are struggling on oil and making it up on NG and NGL's. It wouldnt make sense for lower NG prices to worry YGR but not BNE or IPO.
