Yes with the founder CEO and now Phil Walford gone, this company is now officially dead. The gold play failed so heads rolled and the biggest shareholder is left holding the empty bag of dog bones. I agree, this is really s shell today and they will look to reactivate it with a new project. Gold help us if they toss in a pegmatite vein and call it a lithium story.
