RE:I like the financingI have seen the tear down of the psvr2. Definitely spectra chips inside. They should be able to hold up sony. Management is just lining the pockets of their insiders right now. '22 was the year spectra was to be uplisted but the pigs are still loading so maybe 2024. Until then the financing games will continue.
Spectra over paid 200bps on the last financing which was just enough to keep the company in the red, dilute 19% and now going to dilute anothe 22%. Insiders are shampooing, rinse and repeat with 14% interest they have siphoned off of spectra sony prodlfits
