Agreed.  Ask yourself why Matt fell over himself to announce the build of the project,( That's what the permits were for, were they not?), then the finaning...not down from $3.30, but at the bottom, just days after the permitts?  Really?  REALLY! No time for the stock to recover on good news?????!!!! At the very lest it is incompetence...at the worst it was nepharious...you pick?  Now we have a stock trading unnaturally at .90 to .91 for days now!  Anything to see hear or should we just move along on this "publically traded company"?  What the retailer needs is one or more of the brokerage firms to move to oust Matt and Faught and a side order of Kemp and replace them with, just about anyone else in my view. jmo
