Would YGR's 2500 barrels of oil per day be that critical for a pipeline terminal? Not much oil YGR produces in the grand scheme.
Heavy is probably being overproduced in alberta right now. 60 dollars USA heavy oil prices is crazy proitbale on a heavy oil well as they are so shallow and cheap wells from Loyld to clearwater.
