RE:Not sure what ER will look likeJoey, there will be lots to digest next week.
The AGM Circular will be published on the 21st and the Q4/F22 year end results on the 22nd. Aside from the Wilan strategic review, I see the focus squarely on ITS results.
On the previous call, management indicated that EBITDA will continuously improve through 2023 to reach the 15% target by Q4 or Q1/24. I expect to see evidence of that; anything less will be a major dissapointment. QTRH will have two quarters, possibly three to demonstrate that trend. In addition, in the previous call mangement spoke to organic growth as a higher priority that growth through acquisition. I expect to see evidence of this in both Q4 and guidance for Q1 (maybe even additional guidance on Q2/23).
As I said in an ealier post this week, if I were management I'd make the top priority putting the EBITDA overhang to bed. Profitability will stand as a beacon in the sector and should build investor confidence. My second expectation is that management will outline the go forward corporate structure revealing synergy and efficiency opportunities and targets.
News on the Wilan strategic review, which I expect soon, wouild be nice by next Wednesday, but that news will only put a number on how much cash is available to ITS; confidence in QTRH's ability to make the huge backlog profitable is KEY.
Look to the Circular to see who is nominated to the BOD to replace Gillberry and Skippen, and possibly more. Hint, on Tuesday QTRH is a speaker at a industry global conference. The subject area, Congestion Management Using Mutiple IoT Detections.
