RE:RE:$68 million 5yr build out "The first phase at iPark 87 would use an acre, or about 43,560 square feet, of outdoor space secured by a chain link fence before beginning manufacturing in the first 150,000 square feet of indoor space at the complex. Ultimately, the company plans to lease a combined indoor and outdoor area of about 237,000 square feet.
Zinc8 in its “Phase 1b” would add another 50,000 to 150,000 square feet and increase its outdoor secured storage area to two acres within nine months of signing a lease. The company’s “Phase 2” would add 350,000 square feet by 2027, which officials wrote would be “subject to (an) additional IDA application.”
"In the latest Zimtu shareholder presentation from Ron MacDonald, he says Tech Teams have done extensive reviews of the tech, it does work. The pipelines are huge, Buffalo University is 1 of 32 in NY, The Queens project is for 3 buildings out of 32, local law 97 has 50,000plus buildings. Ron mentions numerous times, NON DILUTIVE funding. 9 million already, 10 million is all but locked up, they need 15 million to get the ball rolling for initial production, they will need another 50 million in 2026 for the next phase. Just because they are continuing to refine / improve the tech doesn't mean it doesn't work."
"Hiring 3rd qtr 2023."?
There is an article that I am looking for that states this 1st phase while really big is not near as big as the potential of the next 2 sizes for storage but as far as I know they will have to prove those are viable. Plus there are more financing options available. On top of everything, the government came to Zinc8, Zinc8 did not go to them so do you think they want to make sure this gets going? And if you read this is just the USA headquarters.
DYDD and make up your own mind.
