Merge or acquisition

Merge or acquisition Merge or acquisition, for my part I would rather like to see a merge as this will give us a good boost in shareholders value and some cash up-front, while keeping interest in the remaining discoveries potential in Treaty Creek.  Acquisition is good as well but the price tag for the takeover is hard to defined beside the Goldstorm area, our future ore resources/reserves for sale, how do you price the unknow, this is hard to do or evaluate.  I think that’s why Eric Sprott deal approbation’s requirement was part of the conditions of the past financing he made with all 3 amigos.  KK in 2023 will work toward putting together a nice potential opportunity for a Major.  Afterall we are approaching KSM reserves with very much better grade which means a lot less ore to process to get the same amount of gold, a very good factor in our favor.  Major takeover might start with Treaty Creek first then later on KSM, this will be a very very long lifespan mine, it’s just making sense to have the complete area as one mine complex to save on initial and operational cost in the long run.  We might not see one but a consortium of Majors interested in setting up the world biggest mine complex in the world as this will require a lot of capital.  This will be huge, GLTA.
