Company having problems finding money.

No money, no ability to buy components, no production, thus no ability to deliver any o the Smart Seeder product line. If you can build the seeder to fill an order that sale goes to the competitor. If your distributor(s) don't have a unit to demonstrate to their customers, showing a brochure and a video clip isn't going to close the deal for a $ 900,000.00 piece of seeding equipment. The possible silver lining is the licensing agreement for the Mini-Max, since it will be built in India by a farming consortium with deep pockets. We need a major financing NOW!
