WELL TD's top pick today

with a $7.50 target, despite cost headwinds warning and sluggish market. Feel it's unappreciated and should be higher.

I've owned it previously and made a small profit. Still waitng for a repurchase opportunity here but could also put some or all in WELL. I believe some own it here. Thoughts on this projection? Preference for either?
