Approval for $300M by Eric Sprott

Yes, $300M is a lot of dilution. However this action without doubt is with approval of 25% stockholder Eric Sprott. As being Mr. Silver he knows best what's good for this largest silver mine worldwide in 2 or 3 years time. I think no worry, just be patient....
