ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:Facts Recap 5

RE:Facts Recap 51) If the BTO deal is such a lowball offer:

a) Where are the other offers from other gold miners?

b) Why are the largest shareholders silent? Are they excited about selling their shares for apparently at a small fraction of what the company is worth?

2) Why is it very likely that these same large shareholders will actually vote "Yes" to the BTO offer? Are they all being fooled while some guy on a stockhouse BB who owns far less of a stake in the company knows so much more than they do about the "true value" of SBB.....?

3) If you are alleging fraud, when will legal action be taken by the large shareholders or rival gold mining companies to ensure this "injustice" does not come to fruition....?
