ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:Thank You BTO For Saving SBB Shareholders!!!
So the big question outstanding is:

Why is SBB at $2.03 when the converted to B2Gold value is currently at $2.47... that is a $0.44 price discrepancy!

Any thoughts / suggestions?

Fri Feb 10 close:           1.58                                      4.83

Mon Feb 13: BTO takeout of SBB announced

Mon Feb 13 close:        1.74  (up 10.13%)                4.59  (down 4.97%)

Today's close:               2.03 (up 28.48% in total)     5.29  (up 9.52% in total)

1 SBB share = 0.3867 BTO share

5.29 x 0.3867 = 2.47 (current worth of one SBB share at today's BTO share price)

You're welcome!
