RE:Nice deal! CPG buys Spartan for $1.7 billionWe should welcome CPG to our neighborhood. Lol. SDE shareholders will be getting cash from this deal and I, for instance, will be considering buying more PIPE and/or CPG or... Lots of choices in these choppy markets.
