Their Defense Department suppliers would have a regular supply of W for 50 years without needing to buy from Russia/China.The construction cost is 600M. How difficult would it be to incorporate the payback of loan with the sale revenues of W from NCF to the Defense Department? Canada provides the raw material W and USA continues its use of W in its industrial production without China/Russia supply. Win for CANADA/USA.
