I have attended information meetings held by the CEO of Noront, the biggest factor to getting to development other than the extremely buracratic govt rules is getting indigenous approval. A very dysfunctional process as you need all bands to agree, and that is almost a impossibility! I know.too many stories that you guys would find incredulous!
