RE:RE:Bunch of Meanie HeadsNot sure what the regulations are, Gem has approved us for 25million dollars, James needed a vote to let the m have in excess of 25% of the company, does that mean he can go to 25% without shareholders approval? If he can that could give him what he needs to hit 50% support, just issue those towards the draw.
