 Yes JU , Fully agree! We certainly need " working" BoD members.  

 We as shareholders can make a difference very soon though , if , we work and vote together . So, Question is ,   WHO on the BoD currently , will we collectively , "Withhold" our votes come the Proxy vote for the soon ,  AGM ??
