2023 Padel inaugural season I don't want to comment on the last news release regarding INX because I fail to understand the importance of this move, the benefit of this is over my head.
However, regarding the news release from March 23rd and the sponsorship of the Miami franchise of the Pro padel league this move seems extremely thought out and intentional.
We already know that Ronnie Strasser purchased the Miami franchise of the pro padel league in which GRB became the first sponsor
We also recognize his name because he runs phantom developments the company that made an unsolicited offer of 79.9 million for Sage back on June 29, 2022
arguably, one of GRB's largest issues has been market exposure. we have Sage ranch on the cusp of final PDP approval, which would allow the company to start taking deposits and the 2023 inaugural season for padel will be kicking off on May 13, with Miami's
Dayview on the 14th against Cancun.
whether this sponsorship is some form of a quid pro quo to keep talks, moving forward in the background with Phantom developments or if Greenbrier has decided to take the projects to the finish line themselves and they are using this for exposure the timing of everything lines up to perfectly to be a coincidence in my opinion.
Montalva may still be stuck in an Intinite cycle of 20 day extensions but Sage Ranch appears to be trucking along nicely and this project alone isn't going to get us $20 or $40 a share. but considering the real estate market in Tehachapi Valley, the ESG credits, and the dirt cheap cost of acquisition for the land we would have the potential to see new all time highs in excess of $5 dollars a share IMO within the near future.
