RE:RE:RE:Evlv news Very simple.. they aggressively pursue school districts and land deals, they close those deals in record time before the clients know what the story is.. 

At xtract we have a hippie for a CEO.. the guy might break a nail if dials to many numbers in pursuit of school contracts..
