In the sanctions and costs hearing there was some discussion about the share holders, Andre is tying to get the osc to agree to this deal of his, but Tim Moseley said no, and alluded to that these guys are only good for stealing money not making it. https://moneymoov.com/first-global-announces-proposed-sale-of-its-usa-subsidiary/ Global Bioenergy Resources Inc. Was set up around the time the fraud took place and the only activity to be seen out of that company was one transaction only, fraud. From the osc conversations in the 2 days of the Sanctions and Costs Hearing it sounds like they may pierce the corporate veil to hold them all personally responsible.
