Thoughts on the last week - slightly off topic
Thoughts on the last week - slightly off topicWe just went through a storm. At least, I did.
The pre-Easter depression in stock volume, the drop in share price, the puking of retail, the regaining of share price.
The short open window for officers of the company to exercise options and buy - sell stock to balance their portfolios. The associated appearance of "insider-selling".
The usual clown showing up on stockhouse to display that he lacks basic character that would prevent him from telling half-truths, promoting a price drop that he can't even understand, possibly commiting low-level fraud.
Fear on some investors part because they don't know how low "shorters" and their stooges are willing to go.
A low-volume Monday on the day after Easter which can be used to drive gold and the price of gold-miners down - especially a vulnerable stock such as krr. (slight paranoia)
The question left in my mind of whether my discount broker looks at my account and the account of others to see when I puke-up my shares - signalling that they need to buy immediately afterwards because the game to make retail puke-up shares is over. Mission accomplished for more people with diminished character. (yes - and more paranoia on my part)
Questions to myself if I was too greedy, buying up cheap shares, when I should have just walked away with my percent limit.
Losses that I might have avoided if I hadn't over-bought and then sold the over-bought portion because of the fear of the strength of the shorters.
I've learned little over the years. Still fall for these awful trading patterns - sometimes. I still am making money with krr, but, oh what a mess of emotions and stupidity!
