while, the foreclosure process in California can be expedited in some circumstances. The average timeline is approximately 21 months considering that this number is only the average, I will admit that Sven's timeline may be optimistic, but is not unrealistic. 
 

further delays could be reasonable cause for some concern. However, all investors should know the risks of the company that they're getting involved in, historically Jeffs companies have a repytation of messy timelines and handsome returns for patient investors it's unfortunate for investors who have a short timeline and are trying to time the market. The bottom line remains that the land alone at Sage ranch greatly exceeds the value of the entire market cap which many investors seem to have forgotten in their frustrations.
 

TIMELINE

 

The foreclosure sale CAN occur as quickly as 4 months (120 days appx). after the lender starts the foreclosure process. However, lenders RARLEY. move foreclosure as fast as the law allows. The average foreclosure in California took approximately 21 months in Q4 of 2022 (630 days appx).
