cross sectional area of a 24" dia pipe
is 452 sq inches

452/13 = 36 times pipe cannot be 24"
in dia complete agreement

pipe would be approx 10" dia
5 Squared x pi =approx 78 sq inches cross sectional area which is roughly 6x a 4 " pipe dia
