What Type Of Fraud Was Durkacz Sued For Rosenberg?

So he was named in a lawsuit....found guilty....paid out a lot of money from the investor pool....so what was he sued for Rosenberg?

And you keep trying to play the "celebrities get sued all the time" BS constantly....seems that there is a pretty valid case against him since the other shark tank guy was cleared....but it seems Harrington was not....and O'Leary is a much bigger celebrity than Harrington.
