RE:RE:RE:I see

RE:RE:RE:I seeTo be meaningful the RSX speed claims needs to be tpa for given plant size. If RSX processes a batch like a drag racer, then has long maintenace or set up before running another batch, that will show up in my metric.

Prior to bankruptcy, Molycorp was able to run its supposed 20,000 tpa separation plant at 15,000 tpa, but only for short periods of time before requiiring long maintenance and set up to run again. Rather than achieving 15,000 tpa, its tpa was negligible.

Will Ucore's RSX in an SMC actually produce the claimed speedups on a tpa basis, over the course of an entire year? Or is the speedup in just one part (settling) of the process, or requires long set up and maintenace?

Speculation: This kind of monkey business around possibly misleading speedup and cost savings statements and conclusions could have been at the heart of IMC executives' disagreemrnt with Ryan, and possibly Boyd Davis never mentioning RSX speed or cost savings.
