Is stock price illeagally manipulated

Is stock price illeagally manipulatedWho is manipulating this stock and why where analysts so wrong with the value of this stock.As for management. Loosing over 60% of value of an undervalued stock and paying 6 $ + a share on buy back about 18 month ago, how can we trust those to run the company.
Again who is manipulating and is this legal?
