i don't mean to come down so hard on chenLook i know many of you admire chen and give him credit for lot of things but you have to admit there's something wrong with him and his capabilities. They buy all these companies that were growing at 50% plus:
SecuSuite
Goods
Cylance
Athoc
plus more
And after they acuire it the growht of these companies collapse to 0% or sometimes negative. I'm not saying he's sabotazing but he's likely incompetent. He bought cylance for 1.5billion then the Founder had to leave because Chen decided to integrate the company, then growth went from 95% to negative. There is something wrong here. Every company they bought they killed the growth and sales. What is wrong?
It's the managmeent. they don't know software!! they are all hardware guys trying to run software business. Even chen is a lab rat that did hardware and somehow he just got lucky with sybase. Even sybase was cooked up because after it was acquired the entire thing was written off by the company that bought it. This guy is a criminal, incompetent, and a traitor likley.
How do you manage to kill EVERY single company you buy?????
