RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:national interoperabilitywanttoknowwhy, while connecting dots, be aware that Shannon Swank, ETC's Executive VP - Strategic Initiatives, brings a fintech background as she was a founder of PlusPass, a toll payment app.  It's unclear if she retained an equity position in PlusPass upon joining ETC late in 2022.  Also note that PlusPass has filed an antitrust legal action against Verra Mobiliity/Avis Budget Group in both California and New Jersey (https://www.thenewspaper.com/news/69/6991.asp).
