-Founded in Montreal 1997 by Pierre Racz, an electrical engineer
-Offices in Montreal, Paris, London,Singapour and Mexico
-40% revenue from public institutions (hospitals,schools, universities,airportsand subway systems including the New-York subway
-40% revenue from the industrial sector (petrolium companies, mining sector, etc...)
-20% revenue from the commercial sector
-responsible for the management of the 200,000 video surveillance cameras installed in all the Target stores in the USA
-They are present in 159 countries
-1,500 employees in the province of Quebec (800 of these employees are software engineers developping new solutions for clients)
-since it was founded back in 1997,never needed outside investment ,always auto-financed its growth
