RE:MRC continues to buy MRT.UN shares in the open market

RE:MRC continues to buy MRT.UN shares in the open marketHave a friend who works there and says they are getting demand on multiple fronts for space. This is contrary to what we are hearing in the news about an impending commercial real estate collapse. Being a contrarian investor, I'm not surprised. March we have a bank "crises" and now the banks are reporting excellent results. As always, usually the opposite happens.

Wonderful!!!  The parent company keeps buyings shares before the quarterly results are out on April 27th.  There is still a large short position, so MRC seems to be taking their time taking out weak hands that are tired of the low distribution.

They cut distribution during covid to 2 cents after paying 8 cents a month for several years.  Same properties, same locations, mostly the same tenants.  Profitability looks almost back to pre covid.....fingers crossed that good stuff is happening behind the scenes.

Will find out at the end of the month.
