It offers two types of shares, such as Preferred Shares and Class A Shares. Discount continues to compress

Discount continues to compressThe real-time NAV is hovering around $14.18, so the premium is now only $0.15 above the NAV after accounting for the accrued dividends. The current price of $4.29 no longer appears to be unreasonable, especially  for short-term traders.
