Doubling down on oil when forgetting about whether you believe the EV story or not, the environmentalist are going to prevent them from increasing production and the most likely outcome is a reduction in oil production since they they won't get approval for mine extensions at the Base Plant and Fort Hills.
You talked about investment in a promising private company. All SU needs to do is to get a list from the Technology and Innovation Federal Department of submissions for grants and take a look at them.
There is no doubt they will find some gems - I did!!....and I don't have the knowledge of their engineers nor the money that SU has to evaluate them..
