Really botched pr by Recaf? I have been diving into the local media and why the locals are so upset why they have not seen the benefits of the "huge oil discovery in the Namibian East".
Now you and I know that there is no big "confirmed " discovery but just some exploring and testing. Well apparently the locals don't! They see the equipment and crew and not knowing how oil operations really work have concluded that Recaf had indeed hit it "BIG"!
This is really bad, bad local pr; especially since we have the daughter of a major Namibian general doing local pr in the region- supposedly.
Recaf activities in the region should have been exhaustedly explained to the locals and their expectations set low and made to understand that Recaf is just starting out on a long journey that will take much time and patience.
Yet another Recaf blunder!
