That is way beyond any expectations my friend. I said that they would put it out soon!!! Now we know why... They blew by all expectations. 35% IRR after taxes at $1600 US POG. Enough said .....PERIOD. BRAVO TO TH ENHK TEAM> I was actually going to call Mr. Candelario today for an update....

@zg1968 So what path does this end up going now that the PEA confirms as Keyvan Salehi says "the potential for a phenomenal asset"? Mining or a take out? I am not an expert but my initial thoughts are one of the big boys will come in and swoop this up.

@Tony1969 These guys roll up their sleeves and keep working every single day to build this Indin Lake Property into what will likely be one of the biggest OP mining operations in the NWT. This company is not for sale right now. I am not saying that they are just scratching the surface here (as they have already discovered COLOMAC and other killer satellites) but there is is MUCH more to drill and discover in these over 900 square km that they have the rights to. This is a HUGE day for this company and I sincerely congratulate MR. Salehi our genius BOSS and the people he has so wisely chosen to take this project to the next level. This may sound stupid but I do not really care where we trade today as this report proves that we THE GOODS HERE. We have a WINNER that has not yet been completely exploited. Not even close. Numbers will only improve from here which is truly amazing. Bravo BOSS!!!

@milocat I would tend to agree-this is a big part of their DD. This is now a proven concept in a first world country-if I were a juniour exec in a mid tier miner I would be bringing this to the attention of my superiors and making sure my name was firmly attached to the file. Do not overlook the importance of the fact that $1600 gold was used in all calculations-that means an extra 25% of gross revenue falls directly to the bottom line-after making some adjustment for taxes. Changes the complexion of the economics completely-at $1600 all costs were covered and a very nice margin was achieved-there is now an additional $400/ounce of pure profit.
