The Company has the Lidstone and LSL projects in Ontario, Canada. The Lidstone property covers approximately 16,283 ha and is located 120 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Armstrong, Ontario, which is approximately 270 km directly north of the City of Thunder Bay along Highway 527. The LSL property covers approximately 3,913 ha and is made up of three claim groups: LSL Main, Solitude, and Hillside. The LSL is located approximately 160 km northeast of Sioux Lookout, Ontario, and has multiple areas of exploration interest. LSL property has 191 mining claims covering 3,913 ha.

FLM to see more downside. Management wasn't sharp enough to see the value in domestic lithium. 
Bloomberg — The Chilean government’s plan to demand a controlling stake in all future lithium projects will deter investment and risks stalling the clean energy transition, according to Canadian mining billionaire Robert Friedland.

The announcement, which sent share prices of Chilean lithium companies tumbling on Friday, would be “quite challenging for international capital, and it makes it harder to invest in Chile,” the chairman of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd. said in an interview.
