Typical CEO move....

Typical CEO move....Playbook 101....move you own people in even though the existing people did just fine....the problem was with profitability with the ad dollars and attracting ad dollars to the company.....that should have been the focus and not playing musical chairs with the managment

The new team is unproven....change is not always a good thing.....I think the CEO felt that he had todo something and a management shake up is easy to do and it shows that he is doing something although its not solving the real issue or problem or opportunity with the company

Expect more rah rah at the meeting with "a new direction a new focus a new strong team"...blah blah blah....CEO playbook basics...lol
